Andy Heller has been in the global transportation business since 1988. He has seen all 3 sides of the business, working for a shipper, steamship line agent, and for most of his career in the forwarding industry.
As Director of Latin American Trade for Kuehne and Nagel, Andy signed dozens of carrier contracts and was responsible for building the USA/Latin American Trade for the largest sea freight forwarder in the business. Andy had the fortune of working closely with some of the brightest minds in the transportation business, and those lessons, observations and Andy’s years working directly with clients has formed the foundation of Hybrid International. Andy lists being able to “listen” as one of his greatest skills, and hearing over the years what clients like, dislike, and expect from their forwarding company has helped established the structure of Hybrid International.
Hybrid International’s goal is to listen to our clients, and provide a level of service that meets your expectations. We will draft an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) specific to each and every client, and we will manage your business as you have requested and detailed in the SOP.
Our goal is that our clients view our service as if a Hybrid International employee is collecting a paycheck directly from the client, and answering to the client. If our clients view us as an extension of their own company, then that means we are doing a great job.
